Advanced: The organization is very experienced in diversity & inclusion, and your staff's experiences and demographics speak to this. A culture of belonging is well-established and implemented effectively. You are succeeding in recruiting and retaining a wide array of candidates. Success in diversity & inclusion does not mean racial inequities are permanently erased from your workplace and institution. Therefore, your efforts now consist of more intentional efforts towards identifying the root causes racial inequity, with a focus on what your organization can do more internally AND externally to promote and fight for equity. You actively look for ways to continue to hold your organization accountable and ways to measure your impact. No organization is perfect, and you understand that existing and functioning in a society founded on white supremacy means that our learning in this area of work is never done.
